Ho Ho Ho!

Once again, it´s THAT time of the year! We´re talking about the time, when your tastebuds go nuts because of all that mouthwatering,fingerlicking, delicious and irresistible sweets everywhere around you!

Each country celebrates the big occassion differently, however one thing is universal – Christmas is not complete without traditional homemade Christmas sweets or pastries. In Czech Republic, we have our national treasure, Christmas cake called „vánočka“ [va-noch-ka ]. Some eat it just plain, but the most common way is to spread peace of vánočka with thick layer of butter and eat it in the Christmas Eve morning. And what do people treat themselves with in different countries?
